Included with this home inspection service: * Identification of EMF radiation inside and outside, using professional equipment and protocols. * On-site verbal summary of findings. * Professional report detailing: *Inspection Findings *Building Biology Guidelines to compare your home to *Custom remediation plan, with step-by-step instructions, product links, and recommended vendors. * 30-minute follow up phone call to review report and findings. * 3-months unlimited text, phone, or email contact as you undertake the remediation process Pricing is based on square footage and other factors. To get your quote, please click the "Request to Book" button on this page, select an ideal date, and fill in all requested information. Once received, I will respond with a quote in 24-48 hours. The average size home takes 4-6 hours to fully inspect. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. We respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please email me at optimaldwellingspaces@gmail.com. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the full remaining service fee.
