Quick Check Inspection
Service Description
This service is for on-site, one-off special projects, or follow-up activities related to previous inspections or consults. Some common examples: -Installation of shielding or mitigation products -Verification of shielding or mitigation activities -Inspection of a specific area of the home -Inspection of a specific source of concern (power line, cell tower etc) -Training on EMF Meters Really, this service is a catch-all for any of your on-site EMF needs outside of a full home inspection. If you are located outside of the Portland Metro Area, additional travel fees will apply. Email me for a quote or I will follow-up once you book an appointment time with this information. A brief email summary of findings and recommendations is included. I recommend you take notes during the Quick Check as well. Additional hours of on-site time are $200.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. We respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please email me at optimaldwellingspaces@gmail.com. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the full remaining service fee.
