Service Description
We'll create a sleep sanctuary in your home by identifying sources of EMF in your bedrooms mapping the circuits that run electricity around the beds, then setting those circuits up to switch off at night — at the breaker or with a dedicated switch. This on-site visit is led by Shane Reilly, a Building Biologist and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS) certified by the Building Biology Institute. He has done this work full time in the Pacific Northwest since 2017, with professional instruments and Building Biology protocol What’s included Testing for up to 3 bedrooms in the Portland Metro area On-site tracing of the circuits that carry electricity around each bed you care about. On-site evaluation of wireless radiation and artificial light exposures. Measurements at the pillow and around the room with professional electric-field and related instruments. A nightly plan: which breakers to toggle, and how to address wireless devices and lighting. Test run during the service so you can practice the new bedtime routine. Written report on the circuits, the recommended shut-off method, and any next step that should wait for a full-house inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. We respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please email optimaldwellingspaces@gmail.com. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client the full remaining service fee.
